Hey, My name’s Lauren. I haven’t self harmed in 4-5 months. I’m sitting here in my living room crying because I’m all alone. I barely talk to anyone about anything and around this time 6 years ago, my ex started beating me. He would hit me places nobody would be able to see. I started cutting 4 years ago this time of year. I feel as if nobody gets it and nobody will. After 4-5 months of sobriety I still feel the need or want to cut because of him. Because of what he did to me.
